Former Investment Partner at Huobi Exchange, Berine leverages 15 years of experience in large-scale asset management, specializing in finance and blockchain. His investment strategy is uniquely informed by a deep technical background, including 13 years in global Oracle database management. He holds a PhD in Finance, an MBA, and a degree in Computer Science.

Daniel Tan is an investment banking veteran and the founder of Tenzor Partners, a capital market and token advisory firm for the crypto industry. He is a seasoned entrepreneur and blockchain strategist with a comprehensive background spanning AI, DeFi, infrastructure, and cryptographic solutions. His background combines leadership roles at crypto firms like ORA and OIN Finance and investment roles at GBIC and Pioneer Capital with a foundation in traditional finance, including investment banking at Société Générale and boutique wall street investment banks.

A seasoned equity capital markets and M&A advisor with 20 years of experience specializing in middle-market transactions at boutique firms.
